Ordering Policies

Ordering Policies:
Orders can be made by calling our office directly.  We will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you might have. 
Orders can also be sent by fax or email. 

Terms:
50% deposit is required upon order placement and the balance COD.
Custom design is subjected to a $80 charge for pattern development and sample.  To ensure perfect customization we suggest you leave a sample chair for which you want the chair covers to be customized to.  All custom orders require a signed consent of sample approval before production.    

Shipping:
We ship using UPS ground or the most cost efficient shipping method available, unless a faster service or alternate shipper is requested.  Please provide shipping account number or shipping charges will be added to invoices.
Orders can also be pick-up between 11am and 3pm Monday to Friday. 

Sizing:
The overall dimensions of our standard chair cover is 17”W x 19”D x 37” H.   It will nicely fit most standard banquet chair.Table cloth and overlays are available in the following dimensions: 60", 84”, 90”, 90”x 156”, 120”R, 132” R, 126” SQ, 102”x156”.  Please inquire about other sizing. 

Please inspect all goods before use.  Merchandise cannot be returned after use.
